Official standardized test scores* are required for admission to all graduate degree programs with the exception of the Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and the Master of Music (MM). Currently the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) and Miller Analogies Test (MAT) are the standardized admission tests used by departments at Georgia Southern University. There is no option to waive an admission test score requirement or to substitute an admission test for individual applicants. * To be official the test scores must have been submitted to the Office of Admissionsdirectly from the testing agency or recorded on an official transcript with testdate of 5 years old or less. Hand-delivered copies are accepted providingthey arrive at the Office of Admissions in a sealed envelope and are 5 yearsold or less.
