Student Information Guide

Below is the step by step process and other important information for registering and logging into your GeorgiaOnMYLine courses after being accepted into the program. Please follow the guide and direct all inquiries to the appropriate channel as listed below in the Getting Help section. If you have not yet applied for admission, or would like to search programs, visit http://www.georgiaonmyline.org.

Students, please be aware that support during the week of Thanksgiving (Nov. 23-27) will be limited to the GOML Online Support Center (866-588-5285) - available 24x7 throughout the holidays. Questions related to specific GOML GeorgiaVIEW issues will should be directed to the GeorgiaVIEW Online Support Center ( 866-588-5293).

Step 1: Login to My.GeorgiaSouthern

- Your username is the first part of your email address (ex. jd01234)
- Your initial password is your EagleID.
- Use the "First Time User" link underneath the login area to obtain your username if necessary.
- NOTE: You must have received your acceptance notification to be sure you can login.

My.GeorgiaSouthern contains links to your MyApps (email, calendar, etc.), the GOML registration portal and GOML Vista. It is your one stop resource for accessing your personal info and courses.

Step 2: Register for your courses

- Register for your courses at the GOML Student Registration portal.
- Your username will be your full email address (ex. jd01234@georgiasouthern.edu)
- Your password will be your eight digit birthdate (ex. 12311968)
- Before registering you may want to contact your advisor to set your course path.
- If you need help adding/dropping courses, view the Registration System Guide.

Important Financial Note:
Dropping a course after the drop/add period will not result in a refund. You must drop your course(s) before the official drop/add date. Visit the GOML Course Calendar for those dates.

Step 3: View invoice and pay outstanding fees

- Login to My.GeorgiaSouthern and click on WINGS.
- Click on Student Services & Financial Aid.
- Click on Registration Invoice and Web Payment to view your current balance and reward.
- You may want to sign-up for E-Deposit through the Student Records menu inside of WINGS.



Important Note:
Changes to registration can take up to 2 business days to be reflected in GOML GeorgiaVIEW.

Step 4: Login to your online course in GOML GeorgiaVIEW (On/after first day of class)

- Only on/after the first day of class, login to GOML GeorgiaVIEW.
- Your username will be your full email address (ex. jd01234@georgiasouthern.edu).
- Your password will be your eight digit birthdate (ex. 12311968).
- NOTE: You WILL NOT see your courses in GOML GeorgiaVIEW until the first day of the semester.

Step 5: Other Important Information

- Make sure that you have read your syllabus or other instructions to undertake appropriate steps for Attendance Verification.
- USE GOOGLE! When you login to My.GeorgiaSouthern, your email, calendar and several other tools from Google are now standard for Georgia Southern students. Try them today!
