Please be aware that support during the week of Thanksgiving (Nov. 23-27) will be limited to the GOML Online Support Center (866-588-5285) - available 24x7 throughout the holidays. Questions related to specific GOML GeorgiaVIEW issues will should be directed to the GeorgiaVIEW Online Support Center ( 866-588-5293).

Step 1: Login to GOML GeorgiaVIEW to build/setup/manage your courses.

- Your username is your GSU email address.
- Your initial password is given to you when you first begin teaching (same as GOML Vista).
GeorgiaVIEW Support Center.
- Your courses will be automatically setup. If you need help or tutorials for using GOML GeorgiaVIEW, please visit our on-campus resources: Online Course Template, Faculty Tutorials, Training and Support.

Your courses will contain a special course code at the beginning. This code is deciphered using the system described here.


Important Information:
Attendance verification is an important process for financial aid and fees payment information. If you have any questions about this process,
please contact col@georgiasouthern.edu.

Step 2: Verify Attendance / Roster

- Login to your courses at the GOML Registration Portal.
- Your login credentials will be the same as for GOML GeorgiaVIEW.
- Attendance Verification dates are located on the GOML Calendar.

To Verify Attendance:
(1) Click on the course section you wish to post attendance.
(2) Select the "Attendance" tab.
(3) Click on Button to the Right of "Class Attendance" Tab entitled "Student Specific Time".
(4) Click on Button entitled "Build Grid".
(5) Post attendance. (NOTE: Absent are recorded as "0's", and Present are recorded as "1")

Trouble Posting Grades?:
If you are having trouble posting grades, consult the GOML Faculty Portal docs, or visit GOML 24/7 Online Support.

Step 3: Post Final Grades

- Login to your courses at the GOML Registration Portal.
- Final Grade posting dates are located on the GOML Calendar.

To Post Final Grades:
(1) Click on the course section you wish to post final grades.
(2) Select the "Final Grades"tab.
(3) Select the grade for each individual student in your course. NOTE: You must
enter a grade for every student before you select the"‘Save the Final Grades" tab.

- Students who are having trouble should be counseled to visit the Student Information Page.
